Welcome to Unixheads.org
Mission: To do our part to foster the growth of Open Source software, not necessarily free, in order to provide users with better solutions, more control over their systems, and create competition in the market place to closed source companies.
Services: We provide an array of free services to the Open Source community, and other non-profit organizations (web hosting, mirroring services, mailing list, etc).
Development: We are involved with several Open Source projects, and are currently working on some in house projects focusing on Internet data mining and web applications.

News:
4 October 2008: Jack, our main server, is back online! And all the sites have been migrated back over, with additional sites to be added in the near future. After a week or so of run time, I will likely add the OpenSuse install source as we seem to have issues with fast servers here in the US.
Our next step is to add another server in another location to add more download mirrors, assuming of course we can raise the funds. Please visit The Plan, for additional details.
